Exhibiting Artists

Thought I would give you some links to those artists in the exhibition that have got websites, for those of you who live waay too far to come see our exhibition. I will check out the prospect of taking along the good ol’ digital camera & take some snaps to upload, too. So, we have Lorraine Carthew, Sue Dennis, Cynthia Morgan, Fran Robinson, and more of Fran’s work (her stuff blows me away every time, I just love it). The other fine artists don’t have any links for me to post, sorry. Elaine Campbell does the most amazing outback scenes, sometimes quilts, sometimes framed under glass. Joan Morrison does a lot of hand embroidery, vibrant and innovative, and she made a fabulous barbed wire bra for the ATASDA group challenge. Our member who does felting, Marion Douglas, is relatively new to our group, but her work is delicious, and adds a different dimension and variety to the group. Joyce Hyam is an amazing lady, I hope I’m still producing quilts at her age. And of course, we also have Noeleen Fleming, Muriel Coulton and Helen Forrest, all adding their own individual talents and diverse styles. Oh, and me, but you already knew that, and you’ve all checked out my blog, so you know what I do!
