The annual big event is currently on – the Queensland Quilt Show. I had a lovely day there on wednesday, and an added bonus I received 3rd place Open Pictorial section for my quilt, Delightful Daisies. This is a wholecloth dye-painted piece that I did recently.
I received a voucher kindly donated by Bowerbird Fabrics
and now have the most wonderful selection of delicious batiks. Thank you so much Nick and Pete, I love my prize, it is most appreciated.
