The results are out, and I have won 2nd place, pictorial section at this year’s Queensland Quilt Show, with this piece. It’s a whole cloth dye-painted piece, and free motion embroidered. I rather enjoyed the process in making this piece, and whilst it didn’t turn out the way I imagined it should, it still came out o.k.
