I have finished my latest pattern, titled “Silverwings”, featuring a dragonfly with silver thread stitched wings. the dragonfly is raw edge appliqued, and the flowers and Art Nouveau style borders are turned applique. Today I finished working on these three little pieces. All they need now is some frames. I enjoyed playing about with the different colour schemes, as well as using up some little scraps of fabric.
